Position Description:
Assists the legal team with researching and analyzing pertinent law and legal documents. Researches and remains aware of any regulatory changes. Responsible for preparing and submitting required compliance reports (Affirmative Action Plans, EEO-1, Vets 4212). Also works with Legal, Asset Protection, Safety, Workers' Compensation, and Compliance, analyzing overall statistical data in order to recommend, design, and/or implement program changes and cost savings measures for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. Manages litigation files and vendor contract processes.
